The Random Caption Contest
Your mission is simple. Give us your best caption!
We'll post a image and your job is to come up with a quotation for the image. Captions are “scored” by the Barnum team, and extra points are given for being clever, witty or grotesque. It’s all in good fun! Each winner will receive a Barnum prize certificate to post on their fridge. That is, if you really want one.
The images presented are taken from educational film strips from the early to mid 80s. One of our own found about 20 of these film strips thrown out on the curb in Brooklyn over five years ago. We’re thrilled to finally put them to good use!
